Shipping

The order will normally be shipped the same day the payment is received. If the payment is received after 12:00pm, it will be shipped the next day.

The order is shipped with DB Schenker and for small packages they are shipped with MRW (L + W + H = max 300cm)

The order is shipped fully insured. As a recipient, it is important that the parcels are thoroughly inspected and the carrier informed and endorsed on the delivery document if there is any evidence of damage, including small holes, folds or anything else on the cardboard boxes. Note! If this is not done, the item is NOT replaced by any transport damage!

Other transport companies can be chosen by the customer, an additional cost may be charged in this case, so please contact us before choosing another carrier. Regardless of the choice of carrier you make, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas shipping fees vary depending on the total weight / dimension of the shipment.

All goods are shipped at the customer's expense and risk. All items are packed securely. It is not possible to collect more orders for one shipment. Each order will be shipped separately.

Return / exchange

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact our Benalmádena offices (see address at bottom of page). If you live nearby you can visit our office by prior arrangement. You also have the option of returning the item via parcel post or carrier, but you must contact us before sending the item as we will not receive parcels without prior agreement.

Complaints

At SolarVenti.store you always have 2 years of warranty, (5 years on SolarVenti® solar panels), which means that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, money back or discount in price, depending on the specific situation. The right of complaint covers, as a starting point, errors and deficiencies that were present at the time of delivery – e.g. manufacturing or material defects.

Warranty

We provide a two-year warranty on all items purchased from SolarVenti.store, (5 years on SolarVenti® solar panels). Should the item against expectations fail during the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge at our or the manufacturer's workshop, unless the fault is due to operating errors, lack of maintenance, modification or gross misuse from the user.

Right of cancellation

As a customer of SolarVenti.store you have the right to cancel any purchase made on our website. You can cancel the deal and get your money back within 14 days of receiving the item. It is a condition that the item and packaging are in the same condition as when you received it. Attach a letter describing what you want: the item to be exchanged or your money returned. Remember your name and address. Possibly order number. If you want your money back, remember to provide the registration and account number (NOT card number) of your bank account if the payment has been made by bank transfer so that we can transfer the money. Returned goods must not be sent via COD and only against a pre-arranged agreement (never send the item without having made an agreement with us). Repayment is made to the payment method used for the purchase.
